Hatch Detroit is an organization dedicated to helping grow vibrant and successful businesses in Detroit. They  are giving away $50,000 and a suite of free services to the best retail business idea. The contest is open to anyone with a “retail business” idea.  The only criteria for what type of retail business is simply that people must be able to walk in and pay money to get something in return – products, goods, services, food, or drinks.  Think yoga studios, coffee shops, art galleries, barber shops, etc.
